I was looking for difficult to find mounting hardware for a toilet (Toto). I couldn’t find it. I was asked if I needed help and then an alternative was found. Person helping me was knowledgeable about Toto toilets, which I didn’t experience in big box stores. Will return.
Had the same experience as Ken. “We got 100” of something that comes with a part you need but we won’t sell them to you. I only need 3 and they are worried about “tieing up inventory”. Well, don’t worry. I will go online from now on or support another supplier. Why support local when they don’t support you.
Terrible customer service. I mean, bad. I understand that it's a dead end job in a small county, but come on, man! If you don't like your jobs, there are plenty of openings at Walmart.
