Highly recommend not using this company. I didn’t even want to give a 1 star. My mom’s water softener wasn’t working, the brine wasn’t being pulled. She called Ferguson and asked if they fix Whirlpool Softeners. The girl replied “yes we fix those”. A technician by the name of Jamie came out, spent close to 2.5 to 3 hours in my mom’s crawl space. We had our main floor bathroom fan replaced today and could not be happier with the job Branden did!! Not only the fan, but when he replaced the shower light he found a hole in the exhaust hose, which is why we weren't getting much exhaust from the original fan. (It sounded like a train, which is why we replaced it! ) We can easily recommend Ferguson Plumbing and Heating to others looking for a quality company like this! Thanks Branden!!
