Scott here yesterday to source out an issue with a range oven. Ruled out an electrical issue with dogged determination. It was the reassurance I needed.
Had a serious plumbing issue that was causing us grief. Had some other companies in the area look at it. Got quotes from $5k-30k depending on what might need to be done. Possibly more. I called Ferguson talked to Gerry he sent Jamie. He came out by himself, got into it and got it done. Fixed our problem. Didn't give up! True professional is Jamie. Saved our sanity and more. Electric hot water heater replacement. During the install the tech drained the old tank right next to the foundation of the house. Couldn't be bothered to connect a long enough hose to drain out to the grass. Water all over the cellar. Did the absolute bare minimum when it comes to hooking it up properly in a way the home owner would be happy with.
