We had our main floor bathroom fan replaced today and could not be happier with the job Branden did!! Not only the fan, but when he replaced the shower light he found a hole in the exhaust hose, which is why we weren't getting much exhaust from the original fan. (It sounded like a train, which is why we replaced it! ) We can easily recommend Ferguson Plumbing and Heating to others looking for a quality company like this! Thanks Branden!!
Scott here yesterday to source out an issue with a range oven. Ruled out an electrical issue with dogged determination. It was the reassurance I needed.
Had a serious plumbing issue that was causing us grief. Had some other companies in the area look at it. Got quotes from $5k-30k depending on what might need to be done. Possibly more. I called Ferguson talked to Gerry he sent Jamie. He came out by himself, got into it and got it done. Fixed our problem. Didn't give up! True professional is Jamie. Saved our sanity and more.
