Extremely disappointed with how this office handles patient concerns. I was charged the full consultation fee for a “no-show,” despite canceling my appointment ahead of time. I provided a screenshot confirming my cancellation, which the office acknowledged. I was told their new scheduling system failed to register it, but that is not my responsibility. I would challenge anyone to find a better doctor than Dr. E. Ferguson. It just can’t be done!! The most personable, professional, intelligent, talented, realistic doctor you will ever meet. I wouldn’t go anywhere else! Ever!
Dr. Ferguson is very good at his job. I planned to get multiple consultations and opinions before having surgery but he made me feel so comfortable at my consultation that I chose him and his staff quickly. I am so glad I did. He listened to what I wanted, set clear expectations, was honest about the risks/outcomes. It was easy to put my trust in him and his expertise. Dr.Ferguson and his staff are AMAZING! Drove 3 1/2 hours to get a split earlobe fixed and I wouldn’t have done it any other way! It’s healing so beautiful thanks to this amazing doctor! Thank you for everything! ❤️
Dr. Ferguson is truly an artist! During my consultation, he explained to me what he was able to do given my age and the condition of my skin after childbirth and weight loss. I knew I wasn’t going to look like Barbie, but I wanted the excess skin removed and my abs back in place. Well, here I am 2 months later and every expectation I had was exceeded.
