Horrible experience today . Wish I didn’t even have to give 1 star, They weren’t even hired to do a move to another home, simply to move a washer and dryer combo from 2nd floor to 3rd floor, and then bring New washer / dryer upstairs, I paid for 3 guys, only 2 showed up, also as our home is carpeted, they had no protective booties for boots, all in all this was a Gong show, and the job didn’t even get done. I had to reschedule my move by 10 days due to renos and Ferguson was able to make this happen for me. Their movers were amazing. Moving is stressful enough and Ferguson got the job done on time and provided excellant customer service. Will definitely recommend their services.
