Extremely rude and unprofessional
Had to recuse themselves from the case due to a potential conflict of interest but this was only after my entire retainer was used. They seem to solely be in it for the money.
I would avoid at all costs. Couldn’t produce an accurate itemized bill and used all of my retainer while providing incorrect legal advice. Wasted $10k and had to end up finding a new lawyer and starting the process over again.
I cannot say enough about Kyle Ferguson. She is an amazing lawyer. She is very logical, calm, amazing morals really put the needs and care of kids at the forefront during this process. She really made sure that making the decisions we made was good for me and my kids long term. She is just wonderful.
