This guy took a large cash deposit from my family, promising he'd do his best to help with a child custody case. After he got the cash, we could hardly ever get in touch with him. When we'd ask for case updates, he'd say things like "don't you trust me?" Eventually, we had to fire him and it didn't even phase him, since he already got a nice chunk of change for doing absolutely nothing. He should be reported to the ABA and disbarred, as he has broken several rules of professional conduct lawyers are required to abide by.
