After determining that my Kia Telluride was having issues with the rear wheels, I scheduled an appointment to have it inspected. Caden Parnell who was my service manager was a pleasure to work with. Took a vehicle in for a recall that had been scheduled 2 months in advance. A while into the appointment they come back saying they didn’t have the part. We said ok, at least can you do an oil change. They changed the oil but left the cap off. Drove back home for an hour at which point the entire engine compartment, belt, hoses, wires, exhaust ducts, were all coated in hot engine oil.
