I recently brought my vehicle in for service to address a few different issues. I was initially told it could take up to 12 days. Enter my Service Advisor, Ash. She got my vehicle scheduled quickly, addressed and resolved all of my concerns and I was able to pick it up the following day! She communicated clearly throughout the process, was professional and exemplifies the highest caliber of customer service. Thank you, Ash!
It’s worth breaking your warranty to get it serviced anywhere else. You will schedule an appointment then they will wait a week to start not have a loaner then charge you ridiculous prices.

Going to start this off by saying that until recently, I had never had a bad experience at a Kia Service department. My experience started off at the other Kia dealer in Tulsa—Midtown 😡 (Highly advise staying away and instead bringing your car here to Ferguson). Midtown gave me the runaround for months, filled me with false promises, and sent me home time and time again saying everything was fine with my car.
