The parts department at kia was great. I had call the wrong kia dealer but they tried to take care of what I needed. Did not have the part but went the extra time to hind it for me. When I decided to buy a new kia I will be back to this dealership. Just because how I was taken care of by the parts department.
Ashley in the service department did an excellent job, kept in contact with weekly updates on my vehicle to let me know what was going on with my repairs. Great customer service !!!!!
I encountered a complex situation soon after purchasing a used vehicle As-Is. Thanks too my Service Advisor Anthony Calvert! Anthony worked diligently and patiently guided me through difficult situation, he also kept good communication throughout, I’m very grateful and very satisfied that he went above and beyond to accommodate me and my family. I greatly appreciate all his hard work and efforts.
GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! This place doesn’t even deserve one star. The service advisor failed to contact me because they claimed they didn’t have my phone number—despite the check-in staff taking down my name and number. Apparently, they put my car under someone else’s name, and I thought it was a spelling error until I saw that the address was incorrect. On top of that, I had to take an Uber to pick up my car, only to be surprised with a 3% credit card fee, which cost me an extra $40. I would have brought cash if they had told me... read more
