I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. My vehicle was at this shop for almost two weeks, and I was repeatedly told there was nothing wrong with it. They said there were no leaks and couldn’t find any issues with the A/C system. However, shortly after getting my vehicle back, the A/C stopped working again, and now it’s even worse because the A/C compressor isn’t running n having kids and driving without ac with this heat outside is not safe and ok. Edit: This was a 5 star review for more than 3 years. I don't know if Donovan was championing the customer service in that department or what happened. I wish I knew where he ended up. It may not even be related to him but the last several times I've visited I've felt like just a number, had to wait extended times for minor services and felt like selling parts was more important to them than providing service.
