I received excellent customer service from Ashely Borders when I went in to get my oil changed at the service department last week. She went above and beyond to help check me in for my appointment at 7am, followed up with the results of the multi-point inspection, and then checked me out all within an hour. I have never had a bad experience at Ferguson Kia, but Ashely’s excellent customer service so early in the morning is truly appreciated as a hospitality worker, and I look forward to coming back for my next oil change.

We were getting a routine oil change and other major vehicle trouble (covered under an extended warranty)—and had EXCEPTIONAL help. I recently brought my vehicle in for service to address a few different issues. I was initially told it could take up to 12 days. Enter my Service Advisor, Ash. She got my vehicle scheduled quickly, addressed and resolved all of my concerns and I was able to pick it up the following day! She communicated clearly throughout the process, was professional and exemplifies the highest caliber of customer service. Thank you, Ash!

It’s worth breaking your warranty to get it serviced anywhere else. You will schedule an appointment then they will wait a week to start not have a loaner then charge you ridiculous prices.
