It’s worth breaking your warranty to get it serviced anywhere else. You will schedule an appointment then they will wait a week to start not have a loaner then charge you ridiculous prices.
I brought my car in for the engine, which showed the car was running lean.
Going to start this off by saying that until recently, I had never had a bad experience at a Kia Service department. My experience started off at the other Kia dealer in Tulsa—Midtown 😡 (Highly advise staying away and instead bringing your car here to Ferguson). Midtown gave me the runaround for months, filled me with false promises, and sent me home time and time again saying everything was fine with my car. The parts department at kia was great. I had call the wrong kia dealer but they tried to take care of what I needed. Did not have the part but went the extra time to hind it for me. When I decided to buy a new kia I will be back to this dealership. Just because how I was taken care of by the parts department.
