Ashley in the service department did an excellent job, kept in contact with weekly updates on my vehicle to let me know what was going on with my repairs. Great customer service !!!!!
I encountered a complex situation soon after purchasing a used vehicle As-Is. Thanks too my Service Advisor Anthony Calvert! Anthony worked diligently and patiently guided me through difficult situation, he also kept good communication throughout, I’m very grateful and very satisfied that he went above and beyond to accommodate me and my family. I greatly appreciate all his hard work and efforts.
GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! This place doesn’t even deserve one star. The service advisor failed to contact me because they claimed they didn’t have my phone number—despite the check-in staff taking down my name and number. Apparently, they put my car under someone else’s name, and I thought it was a spelling error until I saw that the address was incorrect. On top of that, I had to take an Uber to pick up my car, only to be surprised with a 3% credit card fee, which cost me an extra $40. I would have brought cash if they had told me... read more

Poor poor service. 3 years ago I didnt have an issue getting my vehicle fixed. This go around they had it for 3 weeks today(with a scheduled appt), with no loaner, just for them to drive it for 17 minutes and put it on diagnostic for an hr, then tell me nothings wrong with my vehicle, even though I provided proof of problem! An hr after driving my vehicle home and looking it over. My husband sees 6 door dings to the passenger side of my car that was not there prior!
