These people had some kind of billing system problem where my billing address was listed as another health care facility on the NR campus. Both myself and clinic secretaries confronted this issue but my bills arrived to my home address late and in the time the bills were languishing at the improper address they were sent to collections. Good providers, great nursing, good support staff. POOR or SELECTIVE billing office practices. This office insisted on sending my small copay bills to another healthcare institute where I have no authority to receive mail. I confronted this issue several times (4 or 5 times) with clinic secretaries but was unable to resolve their billing address error..during this episode my copay bills were referred to collection but the billing super told me I would not be turned away for emergency service. While living in northern MT we had occassion to use this facility and the clinic quite often. We used the ER and even had our daughter at Northern Rockies. The doctors and nurses were exceptionally skilled and friendly. I would recommend this facility for any and all needs.
