I purchased windows from this vendor a couple of years ago.I placed the order in early spring and everytime I checked on the status they kept telling me they were not in yet. Finally in late August they finally came out to install them. I asked the installer why it took so long. He replied they LOST my order.Now its mid winter and the windows are kinda drafty.Take a tip from me. DONT buy from this guy.
