Don’t waste your time here they won’t sell parts to the general public. Ever wonder why it’s so expensive to fix your air-conditioning units? It’s because of companies like this that collude with the HVAC companies. It’s not illegal to sell you the part they just choose not to. That’s why HVAC companies have a monopoly on servicing your equipment and want to charge you $1300 for a $100 part.
I had a terrible experience with what I’m assuming to be the General Manager, we are a growing company within our local community and have many years of experience within the industry. I recently visited the store and was confronted by an employee with a very distasteful attitude.
