I visit this place i need shower faucet and there is so rude people .. there was many people around staying with hands on pockets and they ask me to sign and wait for someone to help which they don't know when someone will come over to sale the shower faucet , also she say if you don't wait u can make appoinment to come over and get the price for 1 faucet i need it .. but i won't step in this store never and i don't recomand people to waist their time in this place is not worth it ... 😔
One of the best Customer setvice experiences I’ve had in a long time. I got the BOM from my plumber sent it over to the counter guys. I had a quote within two hours. Double checked with the plumber and placed the order. Pricing was right and delivery was even better. On time with a text message when they were 15 minutes away. Alex helped me make sure everything was on the order and everything was smooth on delivery. I’m not often in the market for plumbing supplies, but I would definitely be back here again when I am.
Very knowledgeable and friendly
We highly recommend Fergusons's in Mahwah. They have an extensive showroom for bath and kitchen needs, as well as lighting. We have done several home improvement renovations with them. Most importantly, their staff is extremely friendly and helpful. On our last project the associate Jane helped us.
