I'm not sure what level of customer service or helpfulness is realistic to find from a place like this, but I didn't feel welcome. Family is using the gym membership shower to stay clean, we are at our wits end trying to find this part and I just wanted a helpful voice to help me with some options. They exchanged a broken part for a new one without any hassle. The staff here are very helpful and friendly. This place also has a wide variety of parts and products.

Really don’t want to write a review but this is frustrating. My installer called and told me to go pick up a furnace motherboard available at this location. I left work on other side of Charlotte to go get it, they couldn’t find the part. Was told it was ordered for another customer. Ordered another motherboard on Tuesday(I was the only customer), was told it should arrived Thursday or Friday and will call me. Got name and phone down.
