I just DIYd my AC repair and I’m SO exciteddddd! Okay so boom, (AHS) told me to go to Home Depot for a compressor (liars!) a Home Depot employee told me to come to Ferguson instead BUT he said to call first; which I did. My part was in stock & the man working the counter had my part waiting for me when I came in! I need a solid AMEN for that because I would have been SO LOST looking for that compressor on my own. In & out for under 50$! Thank you Ferguson HVAC!
This one is way overdue. For moderate to more advanced DIY'ers. Twice they saved me $$$$$$$. The guys there are polite, professional, personal, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. Today I was helped by Salesman 061 at the San Antonio HVAC customer walk in. He was very helpful and took the time to point out the difference between my old capacitor and the new one, marking the rusty old one so I could hook up the new one correctly. Voila! I have cool air! Thank you!
