You have to go through way too many prompts, you're on hold, and it is too structured. You can't get a simple task done because you're stuck with the rep that you started with, so you have to wait for them to be available because they "work on commission". They do not get back to you in a timely manner. We have a very, sizeable purchase order from them due to our new custom home build, and when there is a change, we dread calling. In fact, we unfortunately have to call this morning.
