The worst service, nothing but argument and too much money for too long of a time, they do not honor warranty, not organized nor transparent, guaranteed to lose customer using there warranty, keep your parts!! They make it to not buy equipment or parts, never see me there again

This post is for semi truck drivers try to avoid this place if possible docks are almost impossible to get in and if you show up early before your appt time you will wait 30 min post your appt time to get a dock manager of reviving very rude !!!
Recently I purchased an A/C unit from the indio , after the installation from two years it broke down. The contractor went back to get the replacement component to his surprise they didn’t have it nor could get one for six weeks if they could located one. Unbelievable and notat all happy I finally removed it and replaced it with a reliable Allied furnace. Ferguson not reliable nor accountable for there sales.
