The lady at the counter didn’t even bother to check for the capacitor I wanted. She just said it’s not in stock without even checking. After I asked her did you check the system, she went to the shelves and browsed for a sec and said nope. I then repeated, did you check your “system”. She said she just checked the shelves. Not sure why we have these lame people around and all they care about is checking their phone while at work.
Beware ordering products online. I bought a part online and they would not accept my return at the store because I ordered the part using a guest account. I now have to pay to ship it back.
Zack made our situation go from bad to excellent! We ordered supply vents online and ordered all the wrong sizes and when they arrived, they were damaged! None of that was Zach’s fault but between him and the regional manager we left there with exactly what we needed and smiles on our faces! Excellent customer service experience!
