They say they’re open but refuse to accept calls and it’s a constant telephone battle just to order something. Go to thermal, better luck there.
This company has an endless phone tree (filled with absurd questions) that sends you nowhere. Is there really a specific department that handles "Show Room Sales" calls only? If you want to talk to a person, call another shop.
Had the parts I needed for my boiler that were available no where else in town. If I went online, I'd be waiting for at least a week for it to arrive. You'd think this would mean they'd be marking up the price 300-400%... But no, the price on parts was comparable to online stores, and that's saying something for a brick and mortar store. Will come in again, they have hard to find plumbing parts too. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Thanks you!
