It's too bad that I have to resort to a bad review, but maybe if enough of us write about the poor post service support, the company will get the message and make changes. We recently did a master bath remodel with nearly every plumbing item coming from Ferguson (total spend with them >$12K). Everything was fine until the installation of one of the vanity faucets, which had a defective part. Scott was very rude refused to honor a warranty even argued with the employee at state and made me so embarrassed I loaded up my hot water heater and left!
I was disappointed with the amount of tubs on the floor to view.
Just got off the phone with HVAC side of Ferguson about a warranty dealing with Daikin heat pumps, and I just had a terrible conversation. The guy was totally rude and laughed in my face.
I would like to thank Chrissie Lupino for the outstanding service in helping me replace my toilet seat from an old toilet. She was very friendly, patient, and took a lot of time finding the correct part.
