Our HVAC failed over Independence Day Weekend this past summer. It was hot as could be over a holiday weekend and I knew finding a technician was going to be nearly impossible and a few phone calls proved that theory true. This goes for the consumer plumbing supply side of the business - My business partner (female) and I have dealt with these guys on a few occasions as walk-in customers with a wide range of questions regarding our rental properties, some off the wall, some pretty vanilla. Never once did any of the CSR`s treat her or me with any type of condescending attitudes or tones, despite what our level of knowledge in the discussion was. The worst company!!! People in here are very rude,and not professional. I was doing delivery to this place, and I was seating here for 34 hours. First day they told me to come next morning 8.00 am because they don't have time for me. Next morning they was sending all their trucks and even after my truck was untouched.
