Great staff! Very helpful, always, whether over the phone or in person you couldn’t ask for better!
Full trucks -DO NOT TAKE LOADS HERE. Not enough space to back in. You’ll waste your time as across the street they wouldn’t unload , you’ll need to and a load back to the shipper. Blind side back in, and they have a truck blocking a way and in the first stall that would make it a little easier to back in they have non movable trailer
Ok FIRST off this one star review has NOTHING TO DO with the counter, warehouse, delivery guys at all. They ALL are outstanding and awesome. This review has to do with Ferguson corporate in general and more directly them NOT giving credits back on warranty parts. I have been overly patient with a coil return under warranty and that time is now OVER. Going on SIX MONTHS of Ferguson having my 580 bucks on a coil return and still have not gotten it credited back. Enough is enough, I am NO LONGER doing any business with this com... read more
