Do not buy any Thermador appliances from here!!! I've had issues with both my fridge and freezer ever since I purchased them, even the technician said I got sold bad malfunctioned units. Horrible customer service and experience.
From the moment I walked in, no one greeted me or offered assistance. I walked the entire showroom—twice—before anyone even acknowledged me. Unfortunately, this wasn’t a one-time oversight. Truck Driver 🚚 Ferguson And Karl’s Appliances Same place delivery
Update: After my original 1 star review Jonathan from Ferguson reached out. He bent over backwards to try to make things right. I still can't give more than 3 stars because the original problems were real, but I give high marks for their customer service. As it turns out, I'd definitely buy appliances or other items from them so long as they are shipping/installing using their trucks and people. Had a wonderful experience here: Robert Masi quickly and efficiently identified that the product I wanted was discontinued, found one in the system, walked back into the warehouse to verify they actually had it, and then shipped it to me. This was all after 5pm by the way. Great customer service!
