When you do business with the public you should learn how to talk to people. I called Ruby Hendricks to ask a question. She never returned my call. When I called her back 3 days later she said that I was not a priority so she wasn't in a rush to return my call. She was very nasty when relating the information that I had required about. I will never do busy with her or any of her associates again. JPS needs to reconsider who they do business with.
