The fact that I even have to write a review like this indicating a one star instead of 0 says a lot already. I don’t even know where to start. There are sooo many PROBLEMS with this so called “company”. I don’t understand how you can run a “company” without simple communication skills. Wouldn’t you think that’s the easiest part is communication and satisfaction for your customers? Even a 7 year old with an iPhone has better communication skills. In this case, I guess not. Had water damage in our attic and it had gotten onto our ceilings in 3 plus room. Because we have an open attic and it wasn't climate controlled which means we have cold/hot air coming in from our garage during the day and goes right up into our attic, The when it would get dark out it and would turn into condensation which eventually cause our problems. We called Ferguson full circle and got and estimate. The price we payed was completely in our budget and the work the Terry and his two workers did was fantastic. We were so... read more
