Very unclear about policies/procedures. Apparently, you're suppose to remember everything they tell you about policies. This could be hard if the kids and you are in multiple different programs. No paperwork, pamphlet or brochures to refer back to. Lots of activities available for all. Be careful when calling the facility. When I go to the gym, someone is always at the counter.
