We recently worked with Ferguson Exteriors to purchase new windows and a patio door. We love all of our new windows! They are great quality. We've noticed a big difference during these cold months, compared to the previous windows. We had a wonderful experience and love our door!! Before calling Ferguson Exteriors we had so much damage done to our home by multiple contractors after needing home renovations done. We were having tons of changes done to the house, and Ferguson Exteriors were always patient with us and responded in a timely manner, and were accommodating with the changes we needed. Ferguson sales, marketing, and installation teams are very friendly and professional. Having worked with many other contracting companies in the past I appreciated how punctual they were. The overall experience was great and they completed the custom windows and had them installed within the promised timeframe. The quality of the windows is great with the exception of a couple issues with some (very few) latches that require manipulation to secure.
