Ferguson sales, marketing, and installation teams are very friendly and professional. Having worked with many other contracting companies in the past I appreciated how punctual they were. The overall experience was great and they completed the custom windows and had them installed within the promised timeframe. They replaced my windows, gutters, and front door. Everyone was kind and professional, especially Robert and Shawn. House looks great! Very pleased.
Quick to respond for estimate. Very patient with all my questions and very friendly owner, Price was lower than all competitors by thousands, even those that were only double pane, and that included replacing a bay window with a bow window including the casing/frame. Windows came in quicker than estimated and once windows are ready there were installed within the next few days. Great family owned business with windows made in the USA!
