Complete incompetence. Whatever you order, make sure it doesn’t come from this warehouse. The shipping companies they use (A. Duie Pyle, R+L Carriers, or SalSon) are completely incompetent. Now on the third attempt in a month to get a simple shower pan. Lesson learned. Sometimes going to the big box store is best. Time lost, money lost, project delayed. What a mess.
