Be Aware or Get Ripped Off! On July 31, 2021; I went to the showroom in Katy and returned a new unused faucet. They said refund would be processed in 2 days on August 2, 2021 and someone would call me BUT no one called me on Mondays. For 3 days, I left several messages with Customer Service but no response. Last Friday, I called and complained to a Client Service Rep; he said the refund would be processed no later than Monday (August 9, 2021).
