Great company. Installed new door and few years ago had small issue talked me through it over the phone boom door is all set.
Had 4 doors serviced - all came out great. Paid for a failed opener that needed replacement. June 20/2024’. Was to be sent out made 3 requests w/ 4th today via cell call it’s now over 4 months !!!!!! to receive and still haven’t ! I have texts and receipts to prove that follow through with DJ is lacking seriously on his end! Send the opener and I’ll take down this review as this may be the only way to get you to follow through - hey my check cleared with no issues right!
DJ Ferguson did an excellent job for my garage doors - he fit my job into their schedule quickly, and his team professionally repaired the doors and upgraded the motors with the latest tech. It's so quiet when they open and close - it is fantastic. Thank you DJ!
As so many garage door companies are being bought out by larger companies, I stumbled upon Ferguson Garage Doors from a community Facebook page. David Ferguson, the owner of the company, really goes above and beyond to make sure our garage door is working at its best. We had 2 “emergencies” where out 400 lb door would not open.
