Turned in a u-haul. Turn in time per u-haul contract started in Missouri of 1630. Store hours 1600. They were locking up the place even though uhaul.com directed us to turning in trailer there. They said it would be alright. Next day I get an additional charges for late charges on my discover. U-haul credits $20. Tried calling Ferguson only to have my number blocked, rings off the hook or sent phone call to fax machine. Very unprofessional.
