No one responded when I rang the bell to get into facility. A driver that was inside already drove up to activate the gate so I could get in. I had a drop. Real nice person at check in. I asked to wait to be unload since I had time and it was no problem. Fast unload.
Terrible customer service. They make you wait and nobody attends to you..
