I found Jennifer in 2018 during a terrible break up. There are not enough words to express the gratitude we have for Dr. Ferguson. My daughter and I have been using Jennifer for a little over a year. From the first time I reached out to Jennifer to today, she has always been very responsive and easy to work with on scheduling. There have been two times I could recall reaching out to her after hours " dealing with teenager's" and she always responds with an appointment time or that she received the message. I had the honor of interning with Jennifer for my Bachelors in Psychology. She was an amazing mentor and learned so much when observing her counseling sessions. One thing about her counseling techniques I really admired was how comfortable she made her clients feel. She never forces her clients to share their feelings but allows them to share whenever they're ready or feels comfortable enough to do so.
