House is nice but the builder promises to do things and falls back on his word. The realtor that he uses also can not be trusted. Just be very careful.He doesn't stand behind his work and you will regret doing business with him. Do not recommend him at all!¡

UPDATE upgraded from 1 star: Before building a house with this company research them and get a realistic timeline from them with a good contract to hold them too. Talk to local realtors, talk to his previous clients, look at the BBB site and see their reviews. This company took my family for a 16 month ride. We are closed now. The house is pretty darn nice but we had to close with a few items unfinished. This builder is friendly but extremely busy. Now I hope they finish "punch" list...
