I’m working on some home repairs, and needed some plumbing parts. I came here excited to finally talk to some experts, and find a place that definitely had the parts I needed. Was immediately off-put by how uninterested in helping or even talking with me the staff was. When I asked for direction, I was met with either one word responses, or condescending tones. 1993 opened my first account with Ferguson in wpb fl - today the young lady at the counter was rude from the jump - I am a girl dad, with 2 older than and 2 younger than her and I do not talk aggressive to any woman but I am not gonna just let anyone be rude to me especially since I am spending money with them ... I simply asked if someone else could help me ... 2 popular basic items ... smh
Jessica at the Carrboro location is amazing! I showed her a picture of what I wanted my bathroom to look like and she sourced it all!
