It’s like pulling teeth here you tell the dude the issue then the service guy has no idea and always has to talk to someone and then you get a diluted answer as to what the problem may be. Ok can you fix it???!!! Oh um well it’s not a good time now because you are actually here and maybe come back? I have bought a couple brand new cars here over 200k Please get someone at the desk that can help me fix a continuous issue. Offer a solution maybe?
