In spite of the positive experience we had during our purchase, the experience with the repair department has been extremely negative with untimely service, unethical practices and the inability to resolve issues in a reasonable amount of time. Next time I spend thousands on my plumbing fixtures and appliances, it will not be here. As the person that represents the commercial real estate industry locally, I'll certainly make sure others hear of my experience.
