We have used Ferguson as suppliers on a couple of builds. Kelly B is so great to work with and we will absolutely be returning for future needs due to her great & efficient service!
Purchased a range from them over a year ago for a kitchen remodel. I've had problems with it since day one. Oven won't heat to proper temp, burners don't light, touch screen is missing functions. I immediately reported the issues to Ferguson and I'm repeatedly told that they'll work with the manufacturer to send someone out. A year later, and still no one has been scheduled to repair. No resolution from Ferguson - they've been paid in full prior to delivery so they don't care.
