TERRIBLE PLACE TERRIBLE SERVICE I WOULD LOVE TO TALK TO OWNER we were going to buy a lot of stuff there, we are remodeling all the house, but with the people that works there, we left. so RUDE
Don't do business with Ferguson Bath, Kitchen and Lighting in Chesterfield - especially Kathy who has been unbelievably unhelpful. We've had nothing but problems with every light fixture, every light bulb arrived burnt out or burned out within a week and our fancy "touch" kitchen faucet has a mind of its own. We've been waiting nearly 5 months for our showpiece lighting fixture and now Kathy tells us it's back ordered - there's no end in sight. Any supplier is better than Ferguson.
