We went in to look for vanity mirrors, per our realtor’s suggestion. The two people sitting at the front desk didn’t bother to get up, just waved us in the direction of where the mirrors are located. No one helped us, asked what we were looking for, or acknowledged us as we wandered. Needless to say, we will be advising our realtor not to suggest Ferguson’s to anyone.
Outstanding presentation of products. Service is impeccable.
I am extremely upset with this entire experience, and I’ve already shared my disappointment with multiple people and will continue to do so. It should never take months of back-and-forth just to receive appliances.
