Customer service provided by Ferguson Bath, Kitchen and Lighting is exceptional—in particular, our salesperson, Roni Hernandez. I was remodeling the kitchen and was in dire need of a farmhouse sink. It was sold out at all of the local retailers and after countless phone calls, I was suggested to contact Ferguson. Roni was helpful, knowledgeable and efficient while providing great customer service. I would recommend Ferguson for all products offered.
Roni H is my go-to guy at Ferguson!! He is knowledgeable, kind and very responsive. He returns phone calls and answers emails promptly.
