Poor consumer service in this store . They don’t return calls .
I ordered a $12,000 refrigerator that was supposed to “ship” on October 24. Customers don’t care when something ships — we care when it arrives. If Amazon can tell me when a $10 item will show up to the hour, Ferguson should be able to tell me when a $12,000, 800-pound refrigerator will be delivered. My only hope was to track it, so when the ship date passed and the online system still said “Oct 24" with no update, I tried calling and emailing.
