Drove 40 minutes on a Saturday morning to visit the showroom because they have limited hours. Only one person working who made it clear that she didn’t want to help me because I didn’t have an appointment. Just needed a little guidance and wanted to see a few products in person instead of just online but she kept directing me to the website. Would have been happy to patiently wait for her to finish with the only other customer in the store if she hadn’t been so dismissive. Needless to say it was a waste of time.
Great variety of hardware but good luck getting anyone to help you! I walked around around for 15 min and no one could be bothered to get up from their desk and help me. The staff that did speak to me were rude. Don’t waste your time.

I tried other traditional kitchen and bath places first. Those places would take 3 days to get back to you with a pdf of some sinks, 3 more days to tell you how much they cost, and another 3 days to ask if you want to order, then tell you when it would ship. Its a month long process to order a sink from other stores. I ordered what I wanted from Ferguson on a friday morning and had it all shipped and in my house Sunday before noon saving me weeks of emails and back and forth with a kitchen designer.
Very busy, which means they're doing something right. Helpful employee's, knowledgeable, great prices, easy access from the highway, good parking and didn't treat a non-contractor customer any different than large companies.
