I was trying to find a replacement for a handheld shower head that is part of the bathtub. I had never been to Ferguson Home but knew they carried the brand I needed. (Wow. The showroom is amazing. I took myself on a tour while I was there.) The person I spoke to at the front desk was professional and courteous.
