Our sales rep in the West Orange, NJ showroom Robert Masi was very helpful. It was such a challenge to find a new fridge that would fit in the small space of our old house and through the narrow doorways, but Ferguson was able to make it happen. Also the delivery guys David & Walter from Lapa Trucking LLC made the delivery quick & painless, and were respectful of our property. Not a single scratch or dent to the new appliance, and no damage to our property. We are extremely happy customers & will definitely go back.
Ordered a SubZero Refrigerator in October 2021. Today, August 8, 2022 it was delivered. The delivery people were careful and considerate of my property and professional in every way. The men who installed the refrigerator were tops in their profession. Some issues that arose were handled in a calm and sensible manner to the point that they were no longer issues.
