Perfect! Had a dishwasher & range installed. Tanner called & said when they would arrive. They arrived when they said & set to work. Installed them both in a timely matter. Tanner & Colton were very pleasant & professional. They are an asset to Ferguson.
Not even a bad customer service. No customer service at all. We wanted to purchase the kitchen appliances. The receptionist made me leave a voice message with the sales department. No one called back. It has been a month or more. We will buy from some where else.
My wife and I purchased three Viking appliances from this Ferguson’s location and Cheryl Pullium was our sales rep. We were in Florida and moving to western NC. Cheryl was invaluable to us, not only making our purchase experience seamless, even being hundreds of miles away, but was so helpful when it came to making arrangements for delivery and installation.
