Great site! Doing 2 bathroom remodels entirely with their products!
Beware of “restocking fees”! Ordered a $1600 chandelier & realized when I opened the box I ordered the wrong lampshade color. Didn’t even realize I had a choice. Restocking fee to send back was $400. To order 6 of the correct 6” shades was $200 plus they won’t exchange old. Do yourself a favor and shop online. Same fixture on newyorklighting.com with no restocking fees. Extremely rude staff. I’m not spending my money here despite what looks like great selection
If you are using a consultant than here is the place to go.
Horrible customer service. Sales person, Daine ordered the wrong vanity and Ferguson not accepting responsibility and rectifying. Leading up to placement of the order we discussed one model. Then when he submitted the order in the system, he changed the model- $3600 mistake for which he will not own up to. Shame on me for not noticing - however I was amidst chemo treatment and my eye for detail less than stellar. But if you can’t rely on the showroom consultant that’s supposed to be super knowledgeable, then what’s the point... read more
