It's hard to understand how a very high end chain of home products can be so inept at customer service. Rather than detail every instance of incompetence (there were alot) or rail on their ridiculous phone system (which clearly wasn't as high end as the fixtures they sell), let me just say that anyone brave enough to work with Ferguson needs to be prepared for frustration. Great place to buy anything like kitchens bathrooms and everywhere you need water
Magen was very helpful picking out fixtures and giving my wife ideas. We will be back to go over stuff again.
Unless your a builder spending hundreds of thousands a year, staff is very short and could careless about your tiny bathroom remodel. Many other options like In Home Stone, Kohler store, or Conestoga.
