Can't get ahold of anyone I have ordered a washer and dryer weeks ago and no promised updates on when they will be in. I have called about 6 times now different days. Was told one thing from corporate and another by a rude clerk named Justin
Jeff and Bobby made getting a new tub for my remodel very easy. Inspected the item and it was flawless. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Also you can see pride in this supply store, everything is so clean and organized. definitely not my experience at the big box stores!
Helpless shipping and receiving, had a delivery here the receiving guy said he is leaving in 20 minutes he can’t get it, I could help him it was 41 boxes i was able to unload in less then 20 minutes but they ate just interested to leave earlier and stop working an hour before to leave the facility.
