(Edited after response from Salt Lake City showroom manager) The tub and bath fixtures I bought are beautiful. I had a number of extremely negative experiences with the Park City store: failure to notify me when the tub I ordered arrived, impossibility of getting through to a human on the phone, dismissive treatment, poor record keeping, and a battle to get products delivered according to Ferguson's own timeline (48 hrs notice).
