Worst place to buy anything be it plumbing supplies or appliances. Their sales personnel are the very worse in the business. Numerous errors in the orders. Incorrect and defective parts delivered. Delayed delivery. Calls are never answered. Calls are never returned. Sales management covers up and supports the incompetent sales staff. Hi , i'm doing my house renovation i been this store several times bought a stuff like vanity , toilet seat extra extra. today i went there return my vanity buy other one . i dropped on other side of the store when i came to back store to get return receipt they charged me 150 dollars for shipment even i returned back them . Ferguson in Red Bank, NJ This is the worst place I have ever dealt with! I had my bathroom gutted, and I unfortunately ordered everything from this place. The bathtub arrived damaged. My contractor’s workers installed it along with all the waterproofing, the insulation and the Sheetrock, and when they pulled the plastic off, there was a crack in the tub.
