I was shopping around for a bathroom mirror, and the salesperson was so helpful. She gave me tips on how to shop online and set me up.
A very disappointing experience. We were rushed through our appointment which started 20 minutes late. The person waiting on us hurried us through the showroom. Wrong items were ordered and other items supposedly in stock were not in stock. It was almost funny if we weren't on a time crunch. We were expecting a great client service experience and wanted to give more business to them as we are doing major renovations, however after our experience with our bathroom remodel, we won't be going back. Truly disappointing.
Worst customer service ever. I purchase the majority of my kitchen and bathroom from the Red Bank location. They order everything through Build.com even if you're in the showroom, so everything got shipped via FedEx, not their local distributor. Yes, they shipped full ceramic toilets via regular FedEx. I didn't receive half of my order and the items I did receive arrived damaged. Zero help from customer service after 40+ minute hold times on the phone and 30min wait times on their chat, which was useless. Will never shop her... read more
After going through six other distributors, I finally found Amanda, who helped me get a replacement piece for one of my lights. She was friendly, super helpful, and didn’t even bat an eye at my request. Thanks to her, I’ll definitely be sourcing my next home purchase through Ferguson. Highly recommend!
