Beautiful store, very nice lighting and great staff! ... Much better than the Old Casket company that was there before them! The building is very beautiful now!
Burlington ma. worst company I have ever dealt with Ordered 2 bathroom faucets told me it take a week called me said they were in shipped to me wrong faucets not even close to what I ordered.I think they were for a nail salon.

Our experience with Mike Shedd at the counter was awful. Not helpful or knowledgeable at all. We left. Go to FW Webb if you want to be treated professionally. Would give zero stars if I could.
Terrible customer service walked in with my son and husband and was told they close in 15 min and offered zero assistance. Will be taking my business elsewhere
