I worked with Sharon O’Hara at the Mashpee store. Sharon was interested in my ideas and helped me to choose items, for two bathrooms, within my budget. She offered suggestions and changes but never pushes or tried to up sell. She was available by appointment and always called back promptly to answer my questions. The showroom is beautiful and immaculate. Product quality is exceptional, delivery fast and prompt. Prices were often lower than elsewhere. I highly recommend Ferguson Home and Sharon O’Hara.
Greg was very knowledgeable about the business and worked hard to help me find quality stylish fixtures for a new build within my budget!
Poor CS in show room. Wanted to buy a light. Showed what I wanted. Was asked for the name or model number??? Really?? You should be bending over backwards to help a customer. Had better service elsewhere.
