Sales team has very little if any product knowledge and acts like you dont know what you're doing or belittles people or required to be a contractor/electrician for visiting in-person. Top tier customer service. They had everything I needed and then some. As long as you have a picture they can match the part!
In all honesty, I had different experiences there. The guy in warehouse Bill ( super weird, think he is low key fruity Diddy) I could never get clear answer on my delivery, I call the older man Randall who seem to a nervous wreck. I had hardest time finding my purchase, I waited almost 2 weeks, I was greatly disappointed, in the timing. The driver finally came delivered and was very respectful and courteous. BUYER BEWARE: Ferguson’s Inc in Greenville, NC. I picked out a shower on their website and my builder placed an order. However, the picture on the website did not match the model number that was showing so the wrong shower was order by Ferguson. The shower arrived and it was quickly realized that it would not work. In the meantime another shower was delivered by Ferguson. We decided to keep the second shower to make it simpler. When the builder installed the shower one of the corner pieces broke.
